In computing, a nibble (often nybble or nyble to match the spelling of byte) is a four-bit aggregation, or half an octet.
The kibibit is a multiple of the bit, a unit of digital information storage, using the standard binary prefix kibi, which has the symbol Ki, meaning 210. The unit symbol of the kibibit is Kibit. 1 kibibit = 210 bits = 1,024 bits
