Der Zoll (Abkürzung: in oder ") ist eine Längeneinheit in den (britischen) kaiserlichen und in den USA gebräuchlichen Maßsystemen, die jetzt formal 1/36 Yard entsprechen, aber normalerweise als 1/12 Fuß verstanden werden. Abgeleitet von der römischen Uncia ("Zwölftel") wird Zoll auch manchmal verwendet, um verwandte Einheiten in anderen Messsystemen zu übersetzen, die üblicherweise als von der Breite des menschlichen Daumens abgeleitet verstanden werden.
